Our Edge is a Dual
Location Model
Senior Operations leaders in the US drive strategy and
decisions, while dedicated teams in India handle
execution, giving founders tighter control, faster
turnaround, and consistently better results.

Why We Built
Supply Pilot
We wanted to create the partner we always wished we
had - a full operational engine for hardware startups that
combines Silicon Valley strategy with Asian execution
power and cost advantage. Supply Pilot exists to help
teams scale with confidence, without supply chain chaos.
We built Supply Pilot after seeing the same challenge
across hardware startups.
Fragmented
operations across
suppliers and vendors
Misaligned
manufacturing
partners and timelines
Constant execution
fire-fighting instead of
progress
Founders pulled into
ops instead of building
the product
Our Story

Supply Pilot started with a late-night conversation
between three friends in San Francisco. Not about big
ideas, but shared frustration.
Even inside well-funded hardware companies, the same
problems kept repeating - missed supplier deadlines,
stalled transitions from prototype to production, and
engineers stuck firefighting instead of building.
If this was hard with money and infrastructure, what
chance did early-stage founders have?
One truth became clear: great products don’t fail because
of bad ideas. They fail when operations break before
production.
Supply Pilot exists to turn execution into a competitive
advantage
Founding Team
The founding team brings together operators and
technologists from operations, semiconductors, fintech, and
autonomous systems, with deep experience in new product
introduction and scaling complex hardware. The team
operates across the US and Asia.

Founder & CEO
Yash Shah founded Supply Pilot from firsthand
experience scaling complex hardware from prototype to
production. At Roche, he worked as a prototype-to-
production expert on next-generation DNA sequencer
programs, partnering with global suppliers to deliver
breakthrough hardware at scale. Seeing execution - not
ideas - limit outcomes shaped his conviction that supply
chain and production should be a competitive
advantage.
Together, the team is focused on a single goal:
Turning Execution into a Competitive Advantage for
Hardware Companies
Engineering Creates Value
Execution Protects It
Operations Decide Who Scales.

Our vision is to set the global
standard for hardware execution.

How We
Execute
Supply Pilot is built for execution. Members of our founding team have worked alongside engineering and operations teams in Silicon Valley, shaping how we think, decide, and deliver. We operate with the same standards of speed, ownership, and accountability.

Execution happens where production scales. Our teams work directly within Asia’s manufacturing ecosystem, giving us real-time control, faster decisions, and structural cost advantage. Problems are solved at the source, not over endless calls.

Mohak Parikh leads engineering at Supply Pilot. A mechanical engineer, he specializes in product development and manufacturing systems across the full lifecycle - from early design through industrialization. Mohak builds robust, scalable solutions and turns complex engineering challenges into production-ready systems without compromising quality.
Based in San Francisco, Nisarg Bhatt builds zero-to-one businesses at the intersection of strategy, product, and go-to-market. He has led customer, product, and technical sales functions at early-stage startups, driving early commercial traction as the first technical sales hire at two category-defining companies.
